HI Can you tell me if this is true
i was told if i contact my creditors and offer them a final mutual payment to write off my debt for example if i owe a company say £2000 and i contact them and say i can afford to pay them £200 to clear the account can you do this while on a trust deed so your trust deed ends early

I'm afraid this is incorrect.
All payment must be made through your trustee and (in almost all cases) your trust deed must run for a minimum of four years.
