Hi [:)] I completed my Trust Deed on the 26th Aug 2008. I believe the information stays on your credit file for 6 years. Does the 6 year period start at the begining of the Trust Deed or when it has been finalised?

Congratulations on having completed your Protected Trust Deed.
We're not credit file experts but we believe that the Trust Deed will no longer appear on your credit file around six years from the date that it started.

Hi That is great news. My trust deed was started in Aug 2005 I was released in Aug 2008 then I only have until Aug 2011 and then it should not show up on my credit report. Thanks for your help!
