I'm a little confused as your post from April last year suggested that your home had been sold:

Am I right in thinking you were attempting to sell the property last year and moved into rented property in the interim?

Has the mortgage on the property been paid if this was the case?

Have you tried to contact your Trust Deed company about all of this?

it just been one big long almost 7 years of hell had sold my house last year to pay of debt but my partner still had a house and we only owed 13,000 in interest but tried to find that and couldnt so in jamuary got a letter from solicitors in glasgow saying if we were going to sell the house or they would start court proceedings to recover the money owed then they said my debt had jumped up to 40,000 they added more interest as creditors entitiled to interest on my debt!! anyway as i said other houses in street up for sale and the one 2 doors away dropped his price by 10,000 and he still hasnt sold it so i go down to check on house and find the locks changed and dont know what to do dont want to phone trust deed company PCD as they an absolute nightmare to deal with and dont know what way to turn but have received nothing from them regarding this thought i would be notified if they were going to do this
