Hello, I was contacted by a ppi claim company who managed to get me a refund of £10,000.. I used the money to pay off our overdraft and some catalogue expenses and used the rest for treats for my wife and myself. My wife has cancer and we had a huge holiday before she started her radiotherapy, all the money is gone now and to be honest I am glad we were able to treat ourselves after many years of hardship and then the cancer, I know this is not a responsible attitude. My trust deed was meant to end last September but I have not been discharged yet , my trustee kpmg wrote to me and said I might be eligible for a ppi claim but I have already spent that. As income we only have my wife's ssp and we get housing and council tax benefit, I was made redundant about 2 months after we set the trust deed up and have only paid 2 months into it so as you can realise there is not a lot in it but we gave them our bought house and they sold that to help pay off the secured debt. Can anyone please advise me of my best course of action. Thanks
