hi, looking for advice, my father passed away last month. He was in a trust deed. When he dies he had no estate of insurance policys, can you please advise what happend now with the trust deed? We have informed them of his death, will i receive a letter of discharge and if so how long does this take?
Any help would be great!!

I'm sorry to hear that your father has passed away.
My understanding is that the Trustee for your father will want to confirm the situation regarding any estate or insurance policies.
They will then also need to review the case to see whether there are funds in the trust deed that need to be paid to the creditors of your father.
It's hard to see why any of this need take more than a few weeks.
