Hi John,

In certain circumstances this can be the best course of action.

Is it likely that your hours will increase again soon?

How long have you been in your Trust Deed for?

Hi John,

How much is your monthly payment into the Trust Deed meant to be currently?

Also could you let us know whether you are a homeowner (and if so how much equity there is in your home)?

Hi John,

In sequestration you would be expected to pay what you can afford towards the debts for three years. Based upon the information you have provided this might be a better option than carrying on with the stress and worry associated with struggling to keep up with the Trust Deed.

Your Trustee may handle the sequestration if this is the route you take in which case I doubt much more information would be required from you.
