Hi first message I hope you can receive ok
I entered my trust deed three years ago I've finished paying now I was originally with Buchanan Roxburgh my original payment was 147 then they changed my payment to 241 then company changed without notification to carrington dean
I received pip of over 5000 during trust deed they took this money said it was to go towards my debts is this correct or am I entitled to it back ?

Jinty is spot on.

The PPI money will have resulted in a greater proportion of your debts being repaid usually.

Hi Naomi,

It's good to hear that you have completed your Trust Deed.

Unfortunately as others have said the PPI money goes towards paying more of your debt back.

Make sure you chase up your Form 5 which is your discharge certificate for your Trust Deed.
