HI, My 5 weeks was up 3 weeks ago, how long should it take to have the PTD formalised. I have not been informed of any objections. Can I assume that all is well and just awaiting whatever the AiB has to do. Thanks.

Hello geearr,
I think you should call the office of your Trustee to confirm whether the Trust Deed has achieved protection.
