My trustee was sent my PPI settlement over a year ago ! Since then I went to court twice the last time being May 16.during the court appearance the trustees lawyer approached me asking me to put off further proceeding till david mond appeals were heard! What I was wondering is due to the fact they were taking me to court to claim award then they put it off is their no legal stipulation on how long they can hold on to money that doesn't belong to them ? Just thinking out loud! Thanks GS

We'd have no idea I'm afraid. Haven't heard anything like that.
It's a legal question though, so you'd want advice from a solicitor.

I'm in same boat at court again on 8th February.
