Hi folks just thought I would pop in and give some encouraging words to those thinking of or at the just signed stage! I signed end of May and it went protected with no issues at all in July. I have made my third payment and whilst it's hard to budget(I'm getting better) it's so so so much better than before when I was paying out practically more than I earned! I can't believe it has been so dare I say it, easy! I cannot thank David from w&b enough! When I had a query he phone in minutes and the problem was solved there and then. He's only been a phone call or email away and has been fantastic throughout and am confident he will be for the next 33 payments lol. So to David thank you so very much xxx

Well done to you on a successful start to your trust deed. I'm glad to hear that it's made life simpler and easier for you (as it should do).
It sounds like congratulations are also due to David and his colleagues on a job well done.

Thank you for the kind words and for sharing your experience as I'm sure it will help others who are in a similar position to what you were back in May.
It can really be a very stressful and nervous time for someone in financial difficulties when considering what option to choose. As I advised you at the time I really didn't think we would have a problem with your Trust Deed proposal becoming protected as all good advisors know what the criteria is for Trust Deeds to be accepted.
I'm sure before you know it you will be back on asking for advice and discussing your discharge. After all, your already three payments into it.
