Absolutely raging at this company. Called them 4 times over the past 4 days. Each time I've been put on hold and the call never answered. Tonight I was on hold for 30 minutes. Needed to change something on my account but haven't been able to do so. God knows how much these calls have cost but I'll be demanding my monthly fee back this month and if they don't comply I'll be closing the account. They're a joke. Wilson Andrews their sister company need to sort this out

If you text 'change call back' to 81122 and they will call you back within two hours, they are frustratingly show but I like the bank account doing the budgeting for me ๐

I'm aware that you have spoken to a Money Manager surrounding this already.
I'm sorry though to hear you've struggled contacting us on the phone. In recent weeks we have been dealing with unexpectedly high numbers of calls รรรด we are busy adding new staff members to our team to restore our service to a level that you (and we) are happy with.
To make life easier in the meantime here are some other suggestions for getting in touch. If you call outside peaks hours you should find that your call is answered very quickly. Our quieter periods are weekdays after 10am and before 5pm and on Saturday afternoons.
There are also alternatives to calling that you may find helpful. These include texting us (via 81122 or 07786200077) with any changes you need to make to your account. We also offer email, Twitter (@thinkmoney) and Facebook (link removed) communication (during the working day). You can also manage your account round the clock via Online Account Management. This service enables you to do almost everything that you can do on the phone. If you're not registered for Online Account Management then this video may help (link removed)
We also offer a range of text services including balances, mini statements and TEXT CHANGE (which allows you to tell us about changes on your account and request call backs). Finally we offer balances and some other services via our automated phone system.
