£21.75 is for a joint account.

Yes it's a joint account. Just logged into my account. They have added on my husbands direct debit, but are still budgeting twice for mine..... Not only that, they have gone in, messed around with our complete budgeting system that we set up 2 weeks ago- Now saying it won't work. - NO IT WON'T WORK BECAUSE YOU'RE BUDGETING TWICE FOR 1 DIRECT DEBIT!!!!!!!!!
Raging doesn't even cover it.
Goodbye TB you are the biggest pile of thick idiots I've ever came across

I have a TB account and so far all has been well.
From my experience, you should be able to alter what is paid out via your own online account without having to rely on them to change anything for you.

Jinty,
My brother also has a TB account and all seems to be okay thus far.
He does it all online and waits a couple of days for the changes to be reflected on his account.
Bank holidays can sometimes affect this!
