I have a few months left of a 42 month trust deed with KPMG. They sent me PPI forms to sign about a year ago so I'm hoping that all of that will be concluded come the end of my payments.

Can anyone who has had a TD with KPMG shed some light on what they do at the end of a TD with regards to reviews etc.

I don't have any property and my car was excluded at the start because of its value.

Glad that's over with....

Hi upstream,
They never asked for a review at the end of mine a few months ago. I called to check all payments were made then made a few more calls to chase my personal discharge which I got 6 weeks later. The AIB was updated a week after that. They still haven't discharged themselves due to PPI so I might chase them again but am not so worried about this as I have my form 5.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for that, good to hear. Everything seems to have trundled along quietly for the past 3 years so hoping the discharge process goes just as smoothly.

Glad that's over with....

Hi upstream,

Well done on getting to this point in your Trust Deed. A few more months and you should hopefully have your Form 5 and be discharged.

I'd give KPMG a quick call for an update on your case and to see what the procedure is in the closing stages. You can then also ask them about the PPI investigations and also when you will receive your Form 5. Best to be proactive and keep on top of them with regards to the Form 5.

Let us know how you get on.
