Hi

I'm going to start chasing
Pco Holdco Sarl C/O Watch Portfolio Management, Tti Spc and few other creditors who've left my record as a default - even though me and my trustee where discharged in January this year. Does anyone have example templates I can send to them? I've only found one in relation to Bankruptcy - I'd assume their similar but any help would be great.
Thanks

Incidentally - if they left it as a 'default' and I didn't chase them - would it become settled after the 6 years or would I still have to chase them?

Hi leeper1974.

Any entry on a credit file disappears after six years - the issue of a default notice will be no different.

Default notices should be marked satisfied or partially satisfied after your discharge, but they'll still be there.

We've never really gone in for template letters here, but I think using your own language you'll be able to clearly set out what you expect to happen, why it should happen, and by when it should be completed.

Hi,

Leeper1974's suggestion might well be a good one.

Per the FCA and ICO registers, the firm's address is:

68-70 Boulevard De La Petrusse
Luxembourg
L 2320

Per the Information Commissioner's register of Data Controllers (data controllers are responsible for data protection issues - of which information accuracy is one such issue) the firm's representative in the UK is:

Pamplona Capital Management LLP
25 Park Lane
London
W1K 1RA

Thanks for this, one of my creditors still has my file as 'Default' and says it won't change until 'Settled' until early December (6 years since it since went on) - can they still do this?

I'm not sure that's right leeper1974.

We understand the position as follows:

Thanks, I'm going to request for them to make it settled, failing that I expect them all to drop off in December when the majority went to default 6 years ago.

This has been a bit of a while ago but just in case anyone else was looking for PCO Holdco SARL, the address in Lisburn is correct. There is also a phone number for them 02892600713. I spoke to them and they said they wouldn't update credit file until received discharge papers etc. So a guy from there gave me his email address and said I can scan them and send in and he will sort it straight away. Not sure if it would get sorted otherwise but that's been 3 months odd now.

So if you have them on your file I would phone that num.er and arrange to send them the forms etc and sounds like they will sort it quickly
