Hi my 4 year trust deed is going to end in august this year (God willing and thank God) so every year a review is done in august so will there be a review this time as well and will the process of ending be started in august or before.when will my last payment go and how long it takes to finish the trust deed completely and trustee discharge and how long it takes for name to be removed from AIB register and how long will it take for my credit history to clear

Hi there ibmstyle.

I'm glad to hear that you're getting towards the end.

Your trustee may need to check some things with you after your final payment, though different firms are likely to have different procedures in this respect so it's hard to say what they might or might not want to do.

You'd need to check with your trustee when your final payment will be.

Firms vary in how long they'll take to discharge you. They also vary in how long they take to discharge themselves. This will also vary according to the circumstances of any individual case.

Your details will be removed from the register of insolvencies one year after your trustee has been discharged.

We cannot tell you what will happen with your credit file (it's down to what's on there and what, if necessary, you do about it) but we can tell you that your trust deed will not show up there six years after it began.

Sorry that I haven't been able to answer many of your questions specifically - there's a few of them that will be much better answered by your trustee.
