Should have clarified - The Court of Session ruling, from July ruled in favour of the debtor. I know some ex-trustees paid out on this (I received my funds which were held onto for over 8 months).

Good luck Gleith.

I'm not sure how much overlap there is between these two cases.

Same old same old. The sheriff wasn't keen on a sist but been put on hold till decision on pending appeal to Supreme Court is finalised. No future date been set so e mailed the court and either party will have to file at court . Not sure what to do now except wait. Something I'm good at. So fed up with this whole scenario but fighting on as gone this far

Try to stay strong and remain positive Gleith. I know it's been a long journey so far but hopefully it's not much longer.

I admire your will to keep fighting and confidence to turn up at court. Many people would be too nervous or just give in.

Keep that fighting spirit!

What he said is if request to appeal to Supreme Court is refused then that is end of matter for Doneen v Mond and he would anticipate that his client would have no option but to concede the appeal and give me the money. Bring it on . Hopefully soon
