Well as long as it's decided one way or another is all we are asking for, but reading some people's experiences with regards to trustees and trust deeds, added to this fiasco, may deter some people from entering into trust deed? I know if I was reading the sort of comments from others, I would defo have 2nd thoughts. I know I wasn't told of other options that might have bee available to me, that might have suited my situation, or about the fees until after I signed the deed. Hindsight is great and in this case I wish I had it???
I'm in the process of trying to claim interest on the funds which I received 8 months on from my original PPI award last December. Both my ex-trustee and the Halifax are denying they are liable for this, but someone must be as the funds certainly were not gaining interest in my account for that length of time.
It's the waiting that must really be getting to people. I feel fortunate now that mind only dragged on for 8 months or so; those still in limbo I pray you get resolution soon.
If I'm right he has up till the 9th Dec to appeal to Supreme Court as it says that he has 28 days from the last sitting which was in the 9th Nov
I hope so j just want an end to this misery. I have court again on Feb 8th

I think the Supreme Court has been a little busy with something else Turbobhoy!
We do appreciate the frustration about how slowly this is all playing out, but if/when we hear something significant it will be shared here promptly.
