Throwing his money away ive no doudts...show of desperation, common sense will prevail and the greedy Trustees who have participated in this debacle will pay for their greed:)

And to add, i very much look forward to the day when instead of PPI adverts on public media, we start to see miss-sold Trust deed adverts, it wont be long:)

There will be no show of desperation if this gets appealed - it would be a business decision from someone who can well afford to lose if, indeed, that's what happens.

And conversely his show of financial strength may well pave the way for hundreds of post-TD PPI claims - were he to lose any granted appeal of course.

Which we don't even know will be given permission.

It's funny how some firms have taken legal advice after the CoS verdict and decided to adhere to the verdict though.
