Hi all ! Was wondering if anyone could definitively say what time frame they have to appeal the court of session decision? I know a lot of you ate with begbies and I got told from the horses mouth Ifor the appeal to the supreme Court doesn't happen my money will be sent out! Good to hear considering they've had it since December 28th last year!!! Thanks GS

I don't know I'm afraid gscullion1977.

This type of question falls outside of our training and experience.

As far as I know, they have until the 17th of August to decide (next Monday).

Not long to wait I think this is a stalling tactic.

This is off the supreme court page :

"No appeal may be taken to the Supreme Court against any decision of a Lord Ordinary." If you read the decision from the Inner Court of Session this is what is states. Interesting .

I'd imagine two things are being weighed up.

Costs and potential consuquences were the Supreme Court to reject an appeal.
