Just to up-date those interested in the Supreme Court ruling, I have it confirmed by Mr Mond, he still does not have a hearing date confirmed at the Supreme Court, so as summer recess is approaching, I guess it will be last quarter of the year before we hear of any movement forward on the case.

Can get my head round why he's going to court again it clearly states on cleardebts website about trust deeds that once td is completed all debts are written off yet they say that ppi was an asset while in td so if td is complete there is no debt to pay ppi payment into so clearly I've been misled while signing td
