All I can say Gleith, as before, is if we hear something we'll promptly write about it.

It is on their website as being granted on 12th April. Does anyone know if it will be heard before the end of the summer term before it ends on 31st July? The new term doesn't start till 2nd October

There is a preliminary hearing on the 5th of July to see how it's going to proceed then probably will have to wait for another six months after that

Thank you for that information. Does that mean there won't be a decision for around six months ?

Thank you for this information. I suppose all I can do is wait. It has been a very long process.

I've removed some of your comments Turbobhoy, for your own protection primarily.

Please don't repeat them here.

Glieth yo could try accusing both ip and banks of breaking the data protection act as ex trustee was not in place and the banks for giving your details to 3 rd party

But isn't this a case of one party you've given permission to process your information legitimately communicating with another party that you've given permission to process your information?

Can't see much of an angle here.
