told today no equity in house now have a date for signing TD.although it has been incredibly stressful getting to this point, knowing the valuation has confirmed no equity before signing makes me feel more secure with this process. the next three years will be very tough re contributions, however,its a lesson in not having debt again. I cant wait to get my life back.

Cal, well done on getting to this stage. The equity must be a load off your mind.
Three years will go in quicker than you think. If i can offer any advice it is co-operate fully with your trustee and immediately inform them of any changes in circumstance, both good and bad.
