As we're looking to get opinions on how debt solutions may change in the future at this stage we're primarily looking to speak with people who are considering how to deal with their debts, are in the process of a debt solution currently, or who have completed a debt solution.

It's all just to help us shape how the survey will work.

When the survey comes out we'd very much appreciate your response and opinions. All members will get the chance to take part.

I probably wouldnt have been the best person anyway as my views of these trust deeds/debt solutions aka get out of jail free cards.....is not good as you can imagine but thanks to this site I have had so much help 🙂

A massive thank you to the eight people that took some time to talk to us about the forthcoming survey. The information and views that you provided have had a major influence on the way that it has been set up.

The questionnaire is nearly ready and we hope it will be made available to members on Monday next week.

Oh dear, I had an email which I thought was spam and it wasn't until I looked at this that I realised it wasn't and by then I was too late to reply. My thoughts and comments probably couldn't have been used though as they probably wouldn't have sounded constructive 🙂 Thank you again to all those who contribute and give up their own time to help, had I found this site before my TD, I would probably be in a better position now. Thanks again. PS. Do those who get the vouchers have to declare these to their Trustees 🙂

I don't think there's a need to declare or pay over a gift card or voucher. It might be very hard to split up and send a dividend to creditors in 14 more gift cards!
