Iv just been told I’m entitled to a £210 rebate. Do I need to declare this? Will the trustee be entitled to take it all?

Yes - you should inform your trustee.
I'm afraid they're quite likely to request that some or all of this sum be handed over. As Sharon explained on a similar question earlier today, a trustee has little option other than to do this.
