I friend of is thinking of going bankruptshe seem to think that she will lose her sky she is not in any arrears will she be able to keep her sky or could she put it in the name of her partner

Hi jojo93.
I doubt Sky will close an account that continues to be paid. Could switch the names over though - easy enough to do.
There will likely be a cap on how much the trustee considers to be an acceptable spend on Sky.
