Today I have more or less been on the phone non stop , however I did have a breakthrough , This morning I had reason to call my IP,s office and during the conversation mentioned to Maria re the calls , she then got on the phone to the two worst offenders and spoke with them , which gave me that little bit of support I needed , and the courage to speak up for myself to the others ,Hopefully that will stop it for a little while as most of them agreed to hold the calls for 28 days to see if they get the paperwork to their departments ,they explained that head office may Know about the Trust Deed however the call centres didnt yet , SandyF Im sorry you are having a problem maybe chat with your IP re this it may help you too , even if its just the worst offender they deal with to give you breathing space , I tried blocking them SandyF however they just call from a different number ,

Well today sees five weeks since TD appeared in Gazette. 5 pm has come and gone so I'm hopeful this means we hve achieved protected status. Is it now possible to relax a bit and move on with our monthly payments which I must say I am delighted to be paying to achieve a debt free existence?

Got a letter confirming protected status this week so really feel like a weight has been lifted. 😀
