Hi gary121121 and welcome to the trust deed forum.

We've not heard on the forum of people getting their mobile phone contracts cancelled as a result of having signed a trust deed. Hopefully your contract will continue as usual and the company concerned will offer you the same upgrades as they do their other clients.

There is no problem with going on holiday at all.

Gary121121

How can i put it - how would your TD company know if you went on holiday or not?

Hi again gary121121.

To add to tinsoldiers comments if someone close to you wants to pay for your holiday then that's between you and them and completely separate from the obligations of your trust deed.

Hi gary121121.

It might all be a bit more straightforward if they just paid for it for you.

Your bank statements may be reviewed during your trust deed gary121121 and that might create some scope for questions or misunderstandings if large sums of money have been deposited in your account.

Taking a safety-first approach I'd run this past the trust deed company first just to confirm all is OK and to put the matter "on the record". I don't expect that there will be an issue with this but I think it's worth taking the time to do it.

What about a pre-paid mastercard? No credit check and you could load the money on it from the savings account and pay for the holiday as you would with a normal credit card?
