Had officers from the court the other day giving it big licks to my wife . Solicitors from my Trustees firm , previously stated there was an Inhabition on the property . Though searches of the Registar of Scotland , proved other wise .

Then this evening officers arrived , ASKING what is the name of your bankers , where do you work , ? , what assets do you own etc , I asked them to provide evidence of whom they act for and what legal proof they have to question me on my door step . Guess , what they would not comment .

Stated if they do not leave ASAP , I will call police , and kick butt . Begbies Traynor will get nothing through intimatidtion of compliant individuals , and in regard to the law , Kenneth William Pattulo , of Begbies Taynor you can reply to this post .

I am not your biatch , or Gimp , sorry TDA , but being treated like human effulant by this firm for 7 years . Along with constant threats and detrement to my general health and looming divorce the trustee and Begbies Traynor , have a lot to answer for . This is just my opnion , hence the invite to Begbies/ Thortons to grow a (edited), as I am tired of taking a pounding , if u get kicked in the (edited), you will understand my post.

Hiya pinalta

I understand that you're angry, but I'm afraid I'm a bit confused by what you're saying. So that makes it difficult to offer any advice or comments just now.

Trying to sort it out in my own mind...

Inhibitions are recorded against the person, not the property. So, what's actually happening here? Did the trustee not register an inhibition at the beginning, or did he fail to renew it? Has the search been done wrongly, or was it done correctly and things have got a bit mixed up in the re-telling?

Sheriff officers wouldn't normally get involved in the kind of questions you mention. And they'd be expected to show identification. So, were you actually visited by Sheriff officers today? Or have you just assumed that because Sheriff Officers visited the other day? Or have Sheriff Officers not been to your property at all in the past few days?

If you can help others understand what exactly is going on, I think it it will be a lot easier for people to offer you the correct advice.

Hello pinalta.

I've edited some of the anatomical references in your post as I think your anger and frustration is sufficiently evident without them. I'm really sorry that you're feeling that way.

I know you've invited your trustee to reply, but that's very difficult for them to do as they would be unable to go into individual case details on a public forum. Therefore if no reply is forthcoming I hope visitors don't read anything into that.

Candlewick, as always, has asked some very perceptive questions. Sharing some more information may assist the experts here to help you further.

My anger , got the better of me.
Second visit was by Sherrif officers , they showed ID .
