just had confirmation of the above,went in an saw david on the Friday,
bankruptcy awarded 5 days later! would highly recommend anyone wanting
to go down this route,i had a failed trust deed and this was my last
chance.fair play to wylie bisset for taking my case on with my substa
ntial debts and previous problems.david keeps you informed in every
aspect of your sequestration.better going with a reputable company
rather than end up with a dodgy one.cheers again WB and david.

Sequestration really isn't anything to be intimidated by and can be very straight forward for many people depending on their circumstances.
Thanks for taking time to share you experience which I'm sure will help others and thanks also for the kind words and positive feedback.
