Most of them are also pretty concerned about the contents (and perceived intentions) of the Bankuptcy Law Reform Consultation.

Looks like the common sense and reasonable standards will be required by all instead of being optional? I'm sure it's not the norm for people to have the troubles we see discussed here, as TDA often points out, people are more readily vocal when upset or disappointed than when they are content with a service.
This seems to address some of the difficult issues.
