my trust deed was published on the edinburgh gazette today so i search for the notice using my first name and i noticed a score of 172.19 was assigned to me. What does that mean pls

Don't worry about that.
It's just a web-tool measuring the relevancy of the search result versus your search enquiry.
Who knows how it can be more than 100%!
