I STAY WITH MY PARENTS NOW AND I AM IN RECEIPT OF JOBSEEKERS ALLOWANCE AND HAVE DEBTS OF JUST OVER 37K WITH 17 CREDITORS WHICH I COULD AFFORD YEARS AGO WITH MY WORK BUT HAVE BEEN UNEMPLOYED FOR A LONG TIME SINCE
I AM INTENDING GOING BACK TO COLLEGE SOON AND STUDY TO BECOME A SOUND ENGINEER
I DONT WANT MY DAD TO KNOW AS HE WILL BE FURIOUS, I DONT HAVE ANYTHING EXCEPT MY SCOOTER WHICH IS ONLY WORTH ABOUT ?ú300.
I AM AT THE END OF MY TETHER AND HAVE FOUND A COMPANY ON GOOGLE BUT THEY ARE MENTIONED ON YOUR FORUMS AND THIS HAS WORRIED ME EVEN MORE - ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT AS I CANT GET ANY LOWER OR FEEL ANY WORSE [?]

If you have decided that LILA is the best route for you (and from your comments it does seem that it may well be) then you need to contact the "Accountant in Bankruptcy".
