Hi,

I have recently split with my girlfriend (she own's the home fully) and i am currently living with my mother which has reduced my outgoings but is only a temporary measure.

Would it be possible for time to be allowed to save for a few months for a deposit and first months rent in new accommodation if i am paying my agreed trust deed payments?

Welcome to the trust deed forum ahart10.

There may well be a solution here that your trustee feels is fair and reasonable for both you and your creditors.

These types of question are subject to trustee discretion though, so we cannot give you a clear answer that you can rely upon.

I'd suggest contacting your trustee directly to ask the question and get their feedback.

Hi ahart10,

When you get your own place and are paying all the bills do you think this will have an impact on your Trust Deed payments?
