I thought they would have done that too. I wouldnt have thought they could have decided anything until the court of session have decided which was meant to be on 9th June

Content received in an email this morning from a friend of this website who's pretty well connected on this subject:

"I think it might worthwhile letting people know that whilst there appears to be a hearing on the appeal of the Lord Jones decision in July (12 and 13 I think) I am reliably informed it could be some time after that the judges will issue their decision. Additionally, I have heard that it is possible that an appeal in the Sheriff Court decision on the Donnelly case will be conjoined with that, although it is not clear it will be".

Hi everyone....
I was at court yesterday for the 3rd time trying to stop my trust deed being reopened, I represented myself at first, then met an in court advisor (free). She helped me put together an argument, which was lodged 2 weeks ago and was hoping to get a date for a hearing.
This morning the trust deed solicitor agreed to SIST (put on hold) the case until the Doneen case appeal was sorted. I must admit I was happy with this outcome as i cant afford a solicitor.
My PPI is with the Clydesdale bank for £12,000 and if I hadn't read this forum I would have let them take it.
The Lord Jones hearing of appeal is this a different case?

I'm confused. My hearing is on 4th July. The impression I got from the Sheriff is that he would decide on that date who is entitled to the money going by the law. He asked me if I would be giving evidence. I don't really know what he means apart from saying the money should be mine and I've been released and as was the trustee from the td.i will take all my paperwork with me and my solicitors letter but apart from that I don't know what else to say or do as it doesn't seem to have been decided (referring to the Inner Court of Session) which is now later on in July. Can anyone help or guide me in right direction. The trustees solicitor has written to me asking what evidence I intend to give. Should I reply? This has gone on too long I just want my money.

Why should you give them your evidence, go tell the truth.. You were discharged, extrustee , will this never end having them at your back forever. Tell the truth, but give td people nothing. Fingers crossed for you.
