The lawyer seemed to think so, according to my husband
D.Sweeney
Was planed for today I got it in writing from td as they are just holding onto my money until this case is past to c what thay want to do
Just phoned court of session was told that they will not be publishing details of court case and their is another case in July was told I will need to call the people involved in case to find out more do not want to soun defeated but all the big boys with money against the working man not looking good
They normally publish judgements.
Would they have meant a further case in July?
So where can one find any information on the appeal case?
Seemed to be info on here pretty quick after the original judgement.
Please can someone help get any info on this appeal? Going mad trying to find anything! Gs
When I spoke to them they could not tell me anything apart from something happening in July spoke to my td and they can't find Any thing out all seems a bit cagey
It's pretty frustrating.
When you see former trustees going after awards of ยฃ1700 it underlines just why this whole re-opening process is happening.
It is very frustrating especially that their is know guarantee of credit scoring being affected whitch means more to me than the money to be honest I was in proses of starting my own business when this threw me a curve ball as my new business needs a very high credit score and top credit fasilaty to operate I had until close of play to nite to sign a contract worth 27.000 and had to let it go as I would fall flat on my face if this went wrong way I am now wondering if trust deeds are actually un lawfully holding this in any way if a court would see fit to go after them for all my losses
We have no idea.
As I said earlier, the original verdict was posted on here very quickly.
Nothing now though.
Quite defensive TDA?
I'm just pointing out the original verdict was made available almost immediately, and this one (if there is one of course) hasn't.
Not a criticism at all of anyone.

I'm sorry I thought the general consensus was that your credit score wouldn't be affected? Is there actually any proof of this?
The reason I ask is that I have a court hearing in two weeks to try and stop mine being reopened. I don't care about the money ยฃ3,000 ish but do care about this potentially appearing on my credit file especially since I didn't even apply for the PPI refund. barclaycard wrote to me telling me they had reviewed my file and I was entitled to the refund but they had to send it to Begbies Traynor as they had been my Trustees at the time it was originally applied for.
Does anyone think writing to the trustees and mandating the money to them could stop the action?
So we no further forward. I take it no decision has been made on the 9th June. It's a disgrace that these people can hold on to our money.
Some one recently won their case as know one could stand in court and say if credit score could be affected I spoke to my td that could not Awnser question I spoke to ombudsman that could not Awnser question spoke to experian that said it would show on file and could potentially affect future borrowing but that also had uncertainty so our life's are on hold until this is sorted
