No I haven't heard anything just seems such a grey area just want my money !!!

I won my own case a month ago but as expected the trustee has appealed against it, I'm guessing this will be protocol for them all since my claim is only worth £1700 (doesn't seem worth their while to appeal on such a low sum). I would be wary with claims companies because even if they have won a recent case doesn't mean this is the end of it all, the more hassle the claims company have surely the more money they will claim at the end of it all?

Well folks the money is now in my husbands account. Just need to wait and see what happens at court of sessions.

So what date in June is d day for us all and what's the chances of it getting put back until some one actually knows what their doing

I am confused and upset as well Gleith I have put my new business on hold two moths ago because my td wants to here the out come of this court case I wish I never even heard about the money as I have now lost more than I would Winn if it went our way life on hold until this is sorted

We just have to be all the more determined to win. Onwards and upwards

Not yet, cant find anything on court website either/

Doesn't look like it was today. Checked the CoS roll and no mention of it. Any of the TD experts help/confirm??
