On reading some of the previous questions you mention the reopening of trust deeds. Can you please tell me under what circumstances a Trust Deed might be reopened and would it affect anyones' Form 5 discharge?

As it currently stands, Trust Deeds are not being reopened as there is a pending legal case to determine whether or not this is possible.
Unfortunately until the decision has been made, it is not possible to provide a definitive answer.
If a Trust Deed was reopened, it would not affect the Form 5.

Once a trust has terminated the trustee will have no locus to act according to the ip code of conduct
