As I have recently moved house I am completing a new status report, and it asks me to include details of 'relevant' adults, including their income and source of income. Do I have to approach my flatmate to ask for this private information?! I only have two more payments left on my Trust Deed, and I really don't want her knowing this about me!

Is that what 'relevant adult' means?

Thanks in advance for any help with this!

BD.

Hi beerdrinker.

The purpose of understanding which adults live in a household is to confirm that each adult is paying their fair share of the general household bills.

You may wish to consult with your trustee. Given that your flatmate isn't related to you and that you are so close to reaching the end of your trust deed they may well conclude that asking them about their financial details isn't required.
