Can someone give me advice on how to search/access the RoI? I have been trying to search and no results are coming back for me or my husband's trust deed. We are waiting for the discharge on his TD which finished last month, and my one finishes in 4 months time. Has something changed with the website? I remember registering and getting access last year, but for some reason I can't login....or search? Help!

Hi etots.

There's now no registration or login procedure for the register.

You simply:

1 - Go to: aib.gov.uk/debt/register-insolvencies

2 - Click "Search Moratoriums, Trust Deeds, or Insolvencies Cases"

3 - Enter a little of your personal information (maybe surname and postcode for example).

4 - Click the "Search" button (at the bottom of the page).

Thanks TDA. Yes I think there's a problem with the website. If you click on the RoI image link and put your search criteria you get back 0 results!
I copied the link given by TDA into the address bar and it took me to a different area on the website.. The "Debt" area. If you clink on the link here the search works. Must be a glitch. Got it now..
Thanks for your help TDA..

No problem etots - I'm glad that it's now worked for you.

Maverick267 - hopefully the instructions above will help you as well?
