Thank you TDA & David. The original agreement was there was no equity and I Still believe this to be the case. I'm just worried as I've never spoken to my Trustee.. . He is obviously snowed under with the recent transfer of cases and I just started to panic that he would just fail the trust deed. My head is all over the place to be honest and I have no knowledge or experience of trust deeds and how they work with redundancies. I need to just keep calm until I have spoken to him. I too hope he is reasonable x
