Hi There,

I have a question regarding redundancy and a PTD.

If I am made redundant I would only be paid statutory - will I be required to hand this over to my trustee and be still required to pay my monthly contrubuitions while I look for another job?

Thanks

PGD

If you are only getting statutory redundancy pay - I think you get to keep that bit. Anything over and above you need to handover.

You would need to speak to your Trustee re ceasing payments whilst looking for alternative employment. [:(]

Thank you - I was hoping that was the case. It's definitely only going to be statutory pay if I'm made redundant as my company have no specific redundancy package.
