Thank you TDA. I have received statutory redundancy pay and "unused holiday pay". I am happy to pay the second titled amount but if I use my holidays in the last year there is nothing to be called "unused". I didn't use my annual holidays as I was aware of the fact of mass redundancy so thought better to get it paid at the end of last year. What can I expect please? Thank you.

I'm really not sure I'm afraid questionmark.

I guess this is income though, rather than statutory redudancy pay, so each element might be treated differently.
