Hi

When I originally went into my TD I was advised it would be for 48 mths then about a year on I received a letter saying it had been changed to 36 months. This is of course great news but I am uh unsure as to the reason why. I should then be about to finish my payments next month. I called a few weeks ago and spoke to someone as my usual person was on holiday and she confirmed my last payment is next month. I've still not heard from the company about it any further. Should they be writing to confirm it's ending us it likely they could say a !mistake was made and extend it to 48 months again?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum Star.

It's lovely to hear a good news story here!

We'd be totally guessing why the term has changed so I don't think we can give you a useful answer to that.

Should you ask for written confirmation? I'm not sure whether I would - maybe best to let things run their course and treat an early finish as a bonus?
