hi new to forum
i have had trust deed for over 2years now worried about keeping up with payments my partner who does not have trust deed has had no income for 6months now due to sickness unable to work not entitled to benefits due to my income i have to support them after paying essential bills i have no money for day to day living can i reduce td payments

Hello bob847 and welcome to the trust deed forum.

Your payment should be based upon affordability, so if things have taken a turn for the worse you should ask your trust deed provider to review it.

Depending upon the outcome there may be implications, but you cannot pay over money that you no longer have.

thanks for your reply will contact td company i am worried they may extend time of trust deed but cant manage things as they are[:(]

That can happen in certain circumstances but certainly isn't always the case when things change for reasons that people had no control over.
