Way back in 2014 a year after my trust deed had ended I was informed I was to be refunded £2500 approx but the RBS retained it to pay into my old trust deed but since learning about the court ruling in January 2017 does this mean I am entitled to try an apply for this again, probably not but just asking any advice greatly appreciated.[:)]

I contacted the RBS and they will review this so will keep you updated
