the latest RBS letter didn't mention anything about the Donnelly v RBS appeal. I wonder what is happening with that.

i am in the same boat PPI is more than the debit (that i don't have) i constantly getting put on hold or hung up on with DMO and when i do talk to someone they haven't got a clue,,or it's not my department ,,what a joke!!!!!

Hi, does anyone have a telephone number or email contact for RBS DMO? I only have the PPI telephone number and anytime I call them for an update they just say its referred to DMO and they cant provide any further information and wont give me any way to speak to DMO. Its now been 3 months since I had any meaningful update on it.

Well knock me down with a feather duster. I got a cheque from rbs with another letter stating that another claim was getting paid our also. Only 7 to go now. But I still will not hold my breath.

Excellent hjaw, I got a letter on Saturday saying that they were still using off set. Going to be a long fight I think.

Great news hjaw, I got letter same as you Contoboy saying RBS still applying off set. Will be a long fight but none of us prepared

Well got another cheque from rbs. But no letter this time. I think both of these where for stuff they could not off set. Credit card and mortgage. But also very confusing they found another bit of ppi in the wife's name for over 6k. Strange is they paid out 2 and buy for her during the ppi to the trustee and then off set that..rbs have not got clue who has what or for what. I will keep slugging away for the rest of my claims.
