Does anyone have contact numbers for RBS Credit Management Services, or recoveries / insolvencies team? A quick google has proved fruitless.
I've been offered full redress for a PPI complaint (hooray!), with the lion's share being set off against my discharged trust deed. However, there are two inaccuracies in their records - the £1844 they say I owe on the loan includes about £300 of PPI, which should be removed, and they have not factored in the £230 dividend from the trust deed - despite it being paid out in July.
The penny did drop that the numbers involved are such that the debt would have been cleared and never put into a trust-deed, if such a thing as PPI claiming had been common then, but I'm trying not to be too bitter about it...

Actually, managed to get numbers from a helpful customer services person - I have had really good customer service from RBS post-trust-deed, and with the PPI journey - wish they had been as helpful when I banked with them!
Recoveries are 08453660232 - that is credit management services
Insolvencies is 08458351922
Just in case anybody else ever needs them.
