Gotta agree I dont think the equity release is a good idea. My trustee has now sent my details for property 2 (£42500 Mortgage, apparently worth £75000) But they want the full equity, Im surely going to be re mortgaged for the full amount?? The company is called Botanic Finance, got to wait 3 weeks for them to come back to me, if no good then they will consider monthly instalments. I put forward £1000 but was basically ignored, and told wait until Botanic get back!!
