Hi all,
Can a TD be cancelled half way through its course?
I have made about 12/13 payments to it, but not paid anything for about 12 months. I have been ignoring calls from TD company at the moment.
My circumstances have changed since i entered my TD and im not sure what to do.
Any help appreciated.

Hello Helpme.
The answer is that your trustee can do this if they choose to. You're not in a position to do it I'm afraid as it's a legally binding arrangement that you signed.
I think the advice we gave you in August remains very important. I'd strongly advise you to talk through any changes to your circumstances with your trustee as soon as possible.
