Hi hope someone can help have just being going through the copy of the papers which were sent to my creditors and have noticed that on the estimated statement of affairs under liabilities one of my creditors is described as Northern Rock plc when in fact it should be down as NRAM. I have only a week to go to the end of the 5 week period and am concerned that this will cause a problem if the papers have not been sent to the correct creditor. I did phone NRAM when I received a letter from them just after I signed the td and explained that I was applying for a TD so they are aware of what I was doing. Can you advise if this will cause a problem and should I take any action?
